The Protection of Your CV
We regard your CV as a very personal document and we wish
you to have full control over who can view it and whether
or not you wish to have your contact details (name, address,
telephone number, email address etc) visible to potential
clients.
Contact information, such as name, email and phone number
from your resume is used to contact an applicant when
necessary. The contact information is used only for the
purpose of determining our interest in you. To do this,
we look at your employment history and other information
we have found generally useful in deciding whether to
interview applicants.
Once your suitability for an opening has been identified,
your resume will be forwarded to a potential employer
after requesting your verbal approval. This is in addition
to the implied approval given when submitting your resume
to Rossi & Associates, a recruiting company.
We do not sell information about our applicants to any
3rd Party. Access to your information is limited to our
recruiters, who can schedule interviews with applicants
who have a high probability of success with our companies.
We will use our best efforts
to ensure that the information submitted to us remains
private, and is used only for the purposes as set forth
herein.
Choice/Opt-Out
We may keep your job application information in our database
in case a suitable opportunity opens up in the future.
However, if you don't want us to keep that information,
you may tell us, so that we can delete your information
from our database.
