Responsibilities:
|
We are recruiting a Sales
Manager, for one of their divisions. The Sales Manager will be
experienced in managing the day to day activities of the sales
team and cross functioning support teams. As the Sales Manager
you have in-depth knowledge and experience of the sales
process required in a complex sale with a long sales cycle. We
are seeking a hands-on sales manager having successfully
managed professionals earning six figures in the
business-to-business industries.
We are looking for the
following qualifications and experience:

minimum of 5 years of
success in managing an outside sales team;

successfully managed a
sales team selling from mid-range to major accounts, in the
business-to-business industries;
-
managed cross functioning
teams;
-
experienced with hiring
cross functioning positions;
-
experienced in selling
complex solutions with a long sales cycle;
-
demonstrate a thorough
understanding of sales metrics and processes;
-
experienced with, and
interested in, consistent and ongoing sales training;
-
facilitating sales
meetings to assess team’s performance and goals;
-
improved and/or
implemented departmental processes;
-
experienced in, and
willing to, work with sales people out in the field;
-
demonstrated ability to
set and meet departmental goals;
-
University Degree;

The client is providing a
salary starting from $80,000, plus commissions, car allowance,
benefits and more. You will be joining a state-of-the-art and
