Reporting to the Vice President of Sales you will be
responsible for hiring, training, and motivating an inside
sales team marketing across North America.

As the
Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing
the productivity of one of their sales teams in achieving
business objectives; meeting and exceeding sales targets,
maintaining call productivity, and overseeing the development
of each member on your team.

Duties and
Responsibilities:

Hire, train, coach and motivate a sales team that
meets or exceeds the revenue and/or activity targets through
phone-based, full-cycle, solution selling.

Assure that all team members properly track all
relevant sales activity using the existing sales force
information system (including calls, prospect pipeline,
account notes, etc.)

Motivate and manage an account-based sales team.
-
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring staff
members.

Lead and manage all training initiatives within the
sales team.
-
Achieve and maintain expertise in workplace safety
training and compliance industry trends.
-
Achieve and maintain a working knowledge of all
Bongarde products.

Adhere to and follow all appropriate sales processes
and policies
