As the Inside Sales Manager
you will be responsible for overseeing the productivity of the
sales team in achieving business objectives; meeting and
exceeding sales targets, maintaining call productivity, and
overseeing the development of each member on your team.
The team is responsible for
finding and building relationships on the international
markets. Initially, as well as providing leadership to the
existing team you will be required to be hands on in finding
,developing and selling to corporate partners in the European
market. After achieving market penetration, you will hire and
train a sales representative to manage and take over the
continued growth of this territory.

Salary $50,000 to
