Donna Rossi

Donna Rossi understands sales because she has done it all herself. She has organized the prospecting, made the cold calls, delivered the presentations, handled the objectives and suffered the rejection. She has taken the best courses. Most importantly, she has proven she has the skill and perseverance to close the deals. She has all the skills and experience that you want to have in a sales executive yourself. The saying that ‘it takes one to know one’ fits Donna Rossi like a finely tailored suit.

Donna absorbed all of the lessons from her sales experience and education and carried them forward as a foundation for Rossi & Associates in 1980. She added formal training in Job Descriptions, Organizational Planning, and Compensation. Donna has developed the only recruitment practice in Western Canada dedicated to business to business sales executives.

Donna has reviewed tens of thousands resumes since she started the business. She has studied those resumes and the people who wrote them. Through thousands of interviews she has learned the right questions to ask to ensure the right fit between hundreds of candidates and scores of clients.

The processes, systems and knowledge of what questions to ask set Donna and her associates apart from the competition. They are available to both clients who need sales executives to grow their bottom line and sales executives that need a place to demonstrate their value.
